All briefs are copied to two senior Partners in the business. Should the Consultant dealing with briefs for whatever reason be out of action, the Partners will re-allocate the brief to another appropriate Consultant with the overriding knowledge of the brief from onset. The company also conducts weekly meetings in order to communicate regarding progress on briefs and exchange valuable input, skills and knowledge.
